While hiking in Vermont a few weeks ago, we came across this bearded tooth mushroom! I’ve never seen one in person before, but I have eaten one, and they are delicious! We didn’t harvest this one, as I don’t trust my mushroom identification skills… but I’m pretty sure this is definitely bearded tooth. ;)
