We are looking for a sub-leaser for our adorable bungalow from roughly June 15th – Oct. 1st, 2015. Our house has two bedrooms, a living room, dining room, a gorgeous bright kitchen, and a sunny room off the kitchen. We have a large fenced in backyard and live in an amazing neighborhood just a 20 minute walk from downtown Columbia.
We’re asking $850/month, plus utilities… but if you’re able to pitch in on some light yard work, we can negotiate the monthly rate!
