had a conversation with a fellow photographer tonight about pictures, and i was reminded of these eagle square pictures i shot a few weeks ago. it seems like i often hear aspiring photographers talk about how they have difficulty taking pictures of strangers, or getting close enough to photograph people. i think it begins with just simply asking a subject that you are drawn to if it’s okay that you photograph them. i think most people will say yes, and after that, i think the ball is in your court… what does yoda say? there is no trying, only doing? or something like that… ;) oh, i feel like i should add that these two were a funny pair. when i asked them if they were friends, they answered no, we’re just drinking buddies at the vfw. ha!
