We are renting our wonderful little home just west of downtown Columbia, MO. We are looking for tenants from roughly June 20th – Oct. 4th, 2017. Our house has two bedrooms, a large living room, a dining room, a gorgeous bright kitchen, and a sunny room off the kitchen. We have a washer and dryer in the basement, and a large backyard! Conveniently located, our house is just a 20 minute walk to downtown Columbia. This house is also very baby/kid-friendly! The backyard is fenced in and there are lots of kids in the neighborhood.
We’re asking $950/month + utilities… but if you’re able to pitch in on some light yard work, we would be happy to negotiate the monthly rate!
Why are we looking for renters? We are wedding photographers in Columbia, MO, but spend our summers in New England to photograph coastal weddings with our East Coast wedding business, Dreamlove!
