i drove out to harrisburg, mo to meet sarah gaston, who’s wedding we’re photographing next weekend at les bourgeois in rocheport. she and her fiance have 30 “cutting” horses that they train to separate a cow from it’s herd and then keep it separated for a period of time. here’s a video that explains it better!
